Pasaj Perfume offers complimentary shipping on all orders and returns.

Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and taxes.

In addition, each fragrance purchase includes a corresponding sample. Use the sample to test the perfume before opening the full-sized bottle.

RETURNS

A refund or exchange is offered on all goods returned within 30 days of original online purchase.

Returns must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

To start a return, please complete the form on our contact page with your request and order number.

Upon receipt of return, an email notification will be sent to you once the refund or exchange has been processed. Credits will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
